The spatial and urban principle adopted is that of the inhabited clearing, with reference to the airial, the local term for a glade in the Landes forest. The imagined architectural concept uses lightweight construction on stilts to impact the ground as little as possible. Buildings reinforce mutualisation and solidarity, inviting us to go beyond the notion of property. In this immense landscape, the information points are the central pillar of the new site. This dominant principle of this new urban plan is the purpose of achieving carbon neutrality, making waste domestic, agricultural and industrial a true resource.
